Return and Refund Policy

At Lythesarb, operated by Nam Go HK Limited, we take pride in the quality of our hand-woven straw hats, handbags, and earrings. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you with a return or exchange.

1. 30-DAY RETURN PERIOD

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

2. ITEM-SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

  • Straw Hats & Handbags: These items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, soiled, or modified unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
  • Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. We cannot accept returns for earrings that have been worn or removed from their original protective seal unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.

3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

  • If your items arrive damaged or have visible defects, please email us at support@lythesarb.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please include your Order Number and clear photos or videos of the damage.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label (if applicable) and arrange a full refund or a free replacement at no extra cost to you.

4. RETURN PROCESS & FEES

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@lythesarb.com with your order details and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
  3. Shipping: For non-defective returns (e.g., changed your mind, wrong size/color), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for items returned in original, resalable condition.

5. REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
  • You will typically receive the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

6. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
